Our Team

Our story began in Brisbane in 1998, when the doors opened to what was then Frank Carroll Solicitor.

Elizabeth Fairon joined the firm as a lawyer in 2005. Over the years that followed, the practice grew and evolved. In 2010, it became Carroll Fairon Solicitors and, in 2012, we opened our first regional office at Coolum Beach, reflecting our strong personal and professional connection with the Sunshine Coast. Elizabeth became the owner and Principal Lawyer of the firm in 2015.

In 2018, as we celebrated 20 years of working with and supporting our communities, Carroll Fairon Solicitors became Life Law Solutions. The new name reflected something that had long been at the heart of the practice: we don’t simply deal with legal problems. We work with people through some of the most important, difficult and changing times in their lives.

Since then, Life Law Solutions has continued to grow beyond Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We expanded into Hervey Bay in 2024; in 2025 we opened our Rockhampton office and in 2026 we opened our Goondiwindi office, strengthening our commitment to providing experienced legal services to regional Queensland.

Today, Life Law Solutions is led by Elizabeth and a team of lawyers and support professionals working across Queensland. While the firm has changed considerably since those first doors opened in 1998, the philosophy behind our work remains remarkably simple: your lawyers, locally.

For us, being local is about more than where our offices are. It is about relationships. It is about understanding the communities in which we work, being accessible to the people who live in them, and providing practical, thoughtful legal advice that recognises there is a human being behind every legal matter.
