WATCH: What is the legal process for establishing a parenting plan?

I’m the Legal Practice Director at Life Law Solutions, and I’ve been part of this firm, in one form or another, since I started my legal training in 2005. Over that time, I’ve grown from a trainee lawyer into the owner of the practice, leading a team that works across family law, wills and estates, and the moments in life where the law really matters.
