Book your ‘Heart to Heart’ Planning Consult here.

This session is all about you. We’ll talk about your wishes and what matters most to you, who makes up your family and who you’d like to include in your will.

Then, we will prepare a statement of position for you, which lists your assets and liabilities and the asset or liability holder.

Finally, we will workshop your estate plan and map it out in your estate plan diagram. This diagram will outline your wishes for your will, enduring power of attorney and any additional steps needed to give effect to your estate plan. It will list decision makers like executors, guardians and trustees and recipients of assets or beneficiaries. This plan becomes the blueprint for your legal documents.

We’ll then decide which of the documents packages below will best suit your needs
