Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
A Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration will generally be required to administer an
estate. Banks will often require a Grant of Probate regardless of the amount of
funds held in the account of the deceased. A Grant can also ensure that the risks for
an Executor are less.
