Peter began his legal career with the Office of the Queensland State Prosecutor, where he spent three years working on a wide range of serious criminal matters, including high-profile cases in the Ipswich region. In private practice, Peter has continued to develop a strong and practical legal skillset across criminal and family law.
Peter regularly appears in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts and has earned a reputation as a committed and capable advocate. He has a strong track record in negotiating with police and prosecutors, with many matters resolved by withdrawal or amendment of charges. He is also experienced in applications under Mental Health legislation.
In family law, Peter supports clients through both straightforward and complex matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, and proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Clients value his calm, practical approach and clear advice during often emotionally challenging times.
Peter’s broader litigation experience includes domestic violence matters—both as applicant and respondent—child protection matters, and civil claims. He is also skilled in preparing high-quality legal documents, including financial agreements, affidavits, wills, and business contracts.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys volleyball and is a regular on both court and beach. He’s also a proud cat owner, currently sharing his home with four feline companions.
