Based primarily at our Sunshine Coast office, Nicole heads up our Maroochydore space and like all of her fellow CFS lawyers, is a key asset to the team.
She has practiced in law for almost 10 years, with most of her work being in the areas of Family Law, Estates and Succession Law. Nicole’s experience in Family Law has seen her assisting clients with parenting and property matters, matters in the Magellan list (those more serious parenting matters), recovery applications, advising on Financial Agreements, attending mediations and representing clients in both the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia.
Nicole is also an Independent Children’s Lawyer and focuses heavily on trying to achieve outcomes in the best interests of the children.
In addition to Family Law, Nicole can assist clients in the areas of Succession and Estates, particularly in preparation and advice on your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Directive. Additionally, Nicole has been administering Estates both as a Solicitor and for several years as a Law Clerk prior to being admitted as a Solicitor. Nicole’s experience will make the difficult time after losing a loved one a much easier transition.
Nicole prides herself on gaining an understanding of her client’s needs and assisting them at resolving the matter at the earliest opportunity. However, in circumstances where it is appropriate Nicole is an experienced litigator and will assist you at every stage of your matter.
When not at work, Nicole enjoys travelling, boating and fishing.
