Surrogacy Process
The surrogacy process is not only a deeply personal experience but also one that is governed by the Queensland Surrogacy Act 2010. This legal framework outlines the necessary legal requirements and safeguards to protect both the intended parents and the surrogate. It promotes transparency and ethical practices throughout the journey, ensuring that all parties are fully informed.
